libgtkpod1 software package provides main library for the gtkpod package, shared library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgtkpod1
libgtkpod1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgtkpod1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgtkpod1 *
You will get with libgtkpod1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
